Je vous rappelle que ce printemps, la visa va chauffer...avec l'ouverture de Sephora sur Ste-Catherine et l'ouverture d'Anthropologie sur de la Montagne!!
Heureusement que Sephora ouvre à Montréal parce que j'étais un peu grillée chez La Baie (cataloguée cliente qui fait semblant de s'intéresser à un produit pour se faire maquiller gratuitement mais qui finalement n'achète rien).

Je galère tous les matins avec mon trait de crayon ou mon eyeliner... suis-jela seule à recommencer 3 fois pour essayer d'avoir une face comme... sophistiquée?
sophistiquée étant un grand mot (=volonté d'voir un petit air à la Audrey Hepburn, mine de rien)

Début mars, on devrait normalement s'envoler au Mexique pour assister au mariage de nos amis Alive et Eduardo! 
Dans la perspective de cet évènement au soleil, je cherche désespérément à obtenir un teint hâlé qui fitterait bien avec une petit robe fluide et courte... parce qu'actuellement, je suis blanche flou, même que je risquerais d'éclipser la robe de la mariée.
Au secours! Douche, crème, séance d'U.V?
Non, je ne serai blanche le 10 mars et je me fonderai dans la masse des superbes mexicaines à la peau couleur caramel (mettons que si je suis juste un peu couleur pêche, ça me va).

Le dimanche (après le brunch:-)), c'est le moment de me reposer. Regarder une comédie romantique, me plonger dans un roman, lire environ 150 blogs, et surtout me faire une manucure. Un rituel, un incontournable. Je m'inspire beaucoup d'Emily Schuman pour les couleurs et paillettes. 


Avant, je n'osais pas, je ne portais que du rose pâle, du rouge et du noir. Mais comme me le rappelle régulièrement une bonne amie, on n'a qu'une vie et il faut en profiter et faire ce qu'il nous plaît!!! 
À moi les paillettes!


Sunday (after brunch :-)), it's time to rest. Watching a romantic comedy, reading a good book, following about 150 blogs, and especially make me a manicure. A ritual, a must. I am inspired lots of Emily Schuman for colors and glitter.

Before, I did not dare, I was only wearing the pale pink, red and black. But I remember what a good friend repeaton a regular basis: we only have one life and we must enjoy it and do what we like!

Voici la crème pour le visage que je cherche frénétiquement partout depuis 2 jours: la crème Beauty balm de la marque Marcelle! Il paraît qu'elle hydrate, unifie le teint, camoufle les imperfections, le tout pour 24$...Le magazine Clin d'Oeil de février et le blog Beautezine en parle largement et m'ont vendu le concept (je suis plutôt facile à convaincre en ce qui concerne les achats futiles qui promettent des résultats extraordinaires).
Néanmoins, vu l'état de mon visage une fois l'hiver venu (rougeurs, plaques ou teint gris), je suis preneuse de n'importe quel produit miracle! Je pourrais peut-être enfin arrêter de mettre 3 couches de crèmes différentes, sérum, baume apaisant, crème hydratante riche (A-Derma, Avène, La Roche-Posay), ce qui me fait perdre un temps de sommeil non négligeable le matin ... Bon, après recherche chez Coutu et Pharmaprix et vu le regard interrogateurs des vendeuses quand je leur parle de cette crème tout en un, ce n'est pas encore sorti en rayon...
FRUSTRATION.
Alors, pour mon grand retour au bureau demain, je vais encore me tartiner la face sévère avec mes 3 crèmes, essayez d'avoir un semblant de sourire (qui risque plus de s'apparenter à un rictus), et me dire que je pars à New-York vendredi et que mes parents déboulent dans un mois. Allez...Hauts les coeurs!

Here is the face cream I'm looking for 2 days: Beauty cream balm from Marcelle! The promise: it moisturizes and hides imperfections for $ 24 ... The magazine Clin d'Oeil and the blog Beautezine speak about this cream and sold me the concept (I'm pretty easy convincing regarding frivolous purchases that promise amazing results).
However, each winter in Quebec, I look at my face in the mirror (redness or grey skin, dark circles under my eyes) and I go for the search of the miracle cure! I might be finally stop putting three layers of different creams, serum, soothing balm, moisturizer rich (A-Derma, Avène, La Roche-Posay), which makes me lose a significant amount of sleep in the morning. .. Well, after looking at Coutu and Pharmaprix and saw the questioning look of vendors when I tell them about this cream, it's not out yet on the shelves ...
FRUSTRATION.
So, for return to the office tomorrow, I will still use my 3 creams, try to smile (a smile that looks more like a grimace), and tell to myself that I'm leaving to New-york next Friday and that my parents will be in Montreal in a month. GO go go!
